Common martensitic stainless steels are: 410, 416, 430, 441, magnetic.

MIG welding (metal inert gas shielded welding): Compared with TIG welding, MIG welding uses consumable welding wire as an electrode and achieves higher welding speeds through continuous wire feeding, which is suitable for thicker wall pipes and mass production. MIG welding also uses argon or other inert gases to protect the weld to ensure weld quality.
2. High frequency welding (HFW)
High frequency welding is an efficient welding method, especially suitable for the manufacture of large-diameter, thick-walled martensitic stainless steel welded pipes. This method uses electromagnetic induction generated by high-frequency current to heat the edge of the weld, so that it quickly reaches a plastic state, and then the weld is achieved through an extrusion roller.
High-frequency resistance welding (HFW): The high-frequency current generates eddy currents inside the workpiece, so that the edge of the weld is quickly heated to a plastic state, and then close contact and metallurgical bonding are achieved under the action of external force. HFW has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, and easy automation, and is particularly suitable for large-scale production.
